The Bangkok Chopin Society and the Embassy of the Republic of Poland present the “Young Pianists, Internatio­nal Prize Winners’ Concert” featuring four talented Thai pianists, aged from 11-17 years, who have made a name for Thailand in various internatio­nal piano contests. They are Pasit Wattanalek­hawong, Trinity Jantarach, Chakrit Khanonvej and Pannita Mamanee. The programme will feature works by Bach, Chabrier, Kabalevsky, Haydn, Balakirev, Debussy, Beethoven, Chopin, Poulence, Mendelssoh­n and Stravinsky.

FILM German drama

RCB Film Club is screening Westen (West), an award-winning feature film from Germany. SPORTS Cycling championsh­ip

The Park Adventure Land, Rayong Dec 1 at 6.30am

Interested cyclists are invited to join the “Bangkok Post Cycling Championsh­ip 2019” to vie for a commemorat­ive jersey, trophy and cash prize. The race has two categories. The 100km road bike is open to female cyclists aged at least 18 years and male cyclists aged at least 30 years while the 64km touring is open to both male and female aged at least 16 years. The first 100 finishers of the touring category will receive a gift set from Bangkok Post.
