Act against pollution

Re: “Bushfire sends PM2.5 level to record high”, (BP, March 27).

This may be worse than the virus. Issue an emergency degree and deploy armed police and soldiers to seal off roads to bush/forest areas. Allow warning shots, arrest and punish those arsonists.

I bet those fires are man-made, not spontaneous ignition.
