Paying more for less
My recent bill for internet fibre broadband service from AIS shows that I am paying for 200Mbps, however, yesterday morning (and today) I was getting 43Mbps.
When I called them, they told me I needed a new router which wouldn’t be available until sometime in the middle of April.
One would think that a telecom giant that can afford to pay many billions of baht for 5G bands would be able to afford enough technicians and routers to give better service than this.
