HELPING HANDS: Phongsthorn Thavisin, fourth right, president and CEO of PTT Exploration and Production, handed 5,000 litres of pure alcohol to Prof Bundhit Eua-arporn, fourth left, president of Chulalongkorn University, for making hand sanitisers, for use in the university and distribution to the general public, to help prevent the spread of Covid-19.

GENEROUS DONATION: Porntip Sethiwan represented her mother Porndee Leeissaranukul in handing a donation of 2 million baht to Prof Dr Suttipong Wacharasindhu, director of King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, to support the orthopaedic department’s bone and tissue bank.
