Dishes include beef massaman curry, lamb rogan josh, tom yum goong, salt and pepper calamari, cheese salad with tiger prawns and grilled chicken, Australian Angus steak, pan-fried salmon fillet and fish and chips. Takeaway menu is also available.

Cape House Langsuan (02-658-7444) February and March: No.43 Italian Bistro’s recommende­d dishes for takeaway and delivery include steamed salmon with saffron vegetables; pan-fried sea bass fillet with garlic and white wine; fettuccine blackink seafood; beef lasagna; osso buco; and affogata pizza with mozzarella cheese. Free delivery with a minimum spend of 800 baht and within 5km from the hotel.

Carlton Sukhumvit (02-090-7888) February: Nasi kandar, a popular northern Malaysian dish, is a seasonal highlight at Plate restaurant. The dish, presented in a multitier tiffin box, comes with steamed rice and a variety of side dishes such as Singapore rojak, okra belachan, prawn crackers, beef rendang, prawns sambal and curry chicken. Prices are 450 baht for an individual­ly-portioned set and 790 baht for a two-person set.

Centara Grand at CentralWor­ld (02-100-1234) February: Newly opened Ventisi restaurant offers internatio­nal dinner buffet on Friday and Saturday and lunch buffet on Saturday and Sunday. Highlights include Italian and Thai-inspired dishes such as spaghetti alle vongole, fresh tagliolini with lobster ragu, risotto with porcini and foie gras, veal osso buco with saffron risotto, grilled Australian Angus rib-eye steak and grilled lamb chops with eggplant purée, artichokes and thyme jus from live-cooking station. There are also signature Italian-style beef meatballs; seafood on ice; Japanese sushi and sashimi; a wide selection of internatio­nal cheeses, homemade desserts and pastries. Prices are 850 baht per person for lunch and 1,290 baht per person for dinner. Meanwhile, an in-suite dining with your choice of set menu from Red Sky, Ventisi and Uno Mas restaurant­s is on offer. Prices range from 3,800 baht per two persons for Uno Mas set menu, 2,200 baht per person for Ventisi menu, and 4,200 baht for Red Sky fine-dining menu. A minimum spending of 9,888 baht will be eligible for a compliment­ary stay for the same night for two persons in the suite.

Emerald (02-276-4567) February: Yok Chinese restaurant introduces seafood suki hotpot with Sichuan pepper, aka mala, at 1,800 baht per set.

Eastin Grand Sathorn (02-210-8100) February: Blunos restaurant launches “In the Pink @ Blunos” menu with a variety of playful and photogenic new creations prepared with wholesome ingredient­s. Highlights include Greek yoghurt with stewed apricot yolk and sweet honey; crunchy slices of guava with strawberry and raspberry ketchup; roselle jelly with coconut milk, vanilla seeds and coconut shavings; strawberry-banana smoothie with granola and low-fat yoghurt; and a “charcoal detox” made with fresh strawberry, banana and mango and garnished with granola, sunflower seeds and kidney beans.

Grand Hyatt Erawan (02-254-1234) February: New online delivery menu comprising signature dishes from Salvia Italian restaurant, You&Mee Asian cuisine restaurant and Erawan Bakery is on offer. Highlights include wood-fired pizzas; squid ink paccheri pasta with fresh crab, tarragon, shellfish sauce; fusilli pasta with lamb ragout and smoked ricotta; khao soi noodle curry with Boston lobster; pad Thai with prawn; and plant-based dishes. Meanwhile, an afternoon tea set is offered at Erawan Tea Room at 750 baht per person. The set comprises bite-sized savoury delicacies and desserts such as crab brioche with tarragon; pork and cheese croque monsieur; beef barbecue and quails egg puff pastry; coppa and Parmesan bread with pickle and Vitello sauce; orange sorbet; chocolate Thai tea tart; passion fruit curd with banana Chantilly mousse; burnt cheesecake; mango with sticky rice; apple caramel crumble and scones served with clotted cream and homemade jam and a choice of non-alcoholic beverage. Meanwhile, Erawan Bakery highlights freshly-baked croissants which come in seven flavours including raspberry, green tea-white chocolate, blueberry, citrus and black sesame, at 123 baht per piece.

Mandarin Oriental (02-659-9000) February: The Authors’ Lounge presents a special afternoon tea set, dubbed “A Book Of Love”. Featured in the set are 13 pieces of artisanal pastries and savoury items including rose praline brioche and foie gras and strawberry mille feuille. Price is 1,900 baht per person per set.

Miracle Grand Convention (02-575-5599) February: A four-course western set, priced at 299 baht net, is offered every Saturday lunch at Prempracha­korn restaurant. The menu includes a choice of pumpkin cream soup with cheese garlic bread or mushroom soup with truffle oil; classic Caesar salad with crispy bacon; a main course of grilled chicken breast with rosemary sauce, grilled pork chop with garlic gravy or grilled Norwegian salmon with garlic cream butter; and chocolate mousse with vanilla ice cream dessert.

Okura Prestige (02-687-9000) February and March: Michelin-starred Elements restaurant introduces six- and seven-course seasonal tasting dishes. Dishes include Ostra Regal oyster with abalone, gelé celery apple and dashi foam; Hokkaido yoichi monkfish with clam and Japanese curry; sawara fish with watercress velouté and lemon caviar; Japanese eel with porcini mushroom and salicornia; wild Brittany sea bass with red beets, golden beets and chioggia beets; Challans duck with salsifis and kabocha; and an optional dish of grilled Satsuma wagyu beef from Kagoshima. Prices are 4,000 baht for a six-course meal and 4,500 baht for a seven-course meal.

Pathumwan Princess (02-216-3700) February: Kongju Korean restaurant recommends new set meal for takeaway including kimchi fried rice with grilled pork belly; charcoal-grilled pork with rice; fried chicken with fried tofu, kimchi and rice; chicken bibimbab; grilled fish with Korean sauce and garlic fried rice; and goo jeol pan (assortment of cold appetizers). Prices range between 150-180 baht including soup of the day. Meanwhile Terrazza Italian restaurant highlights sea bass cartoccio; prawn and basil pizza, mushroom risotto and truffle cream, fettuccine prawns with cream sauce and US beef tenderloin wrapped with bacon. Delivery is free for all orders within 2km or within 5km with a minimum order of 800 baht. A 30% discount is also available.

Renaissanc­e Bangkok Ratchapras­ong (02-125-5000) February: Fei Ya Chinese restaurant’s recommende­d menu includes marinated sliced beef tongue with gua buns; double-boiled oxtail soup and Chinese herbs; stewed oxtail broth with turnips in clay pot; braised oxtail with black pepper sauce; fried oxtail with chilli salt and golden garlic; wok-fried beef tongue with green chilli; and stir-fried beef tongue with ginger and onion. Prices start from 388 baht. Meanwhile a dim sum lunch buffet is on offer at 888 baht per person on weekdays and 1,188 baht per person on weekends. Advance reservatio­n is required.

Siam Kempinski (02-162-9000) February and March: Michelin-starred Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin presents a winter collection of multi-course menu. Dishes include sunchokes with braised kurobuta pork, salty Nutella and massaman flavours; smoked salmon with bonito, wasabi cream, ponzu and cucumber; tom yum soup, prawn cracker, shrimp taco, lobster and tofu noodles; kaphrao foie gras with basil Hollandais­e and crispy rice; glazed beef with pickled kumquat; and lychee flambé with rose foam and grilled sweet corn. Prices are 1,850 baht per person for a four-course meal; 2,600 baht for a six-course meal; and 3,200 baht for an eight-course. Additional juice pairing and wine pairing packages are available.

Sindhorn Kempinski (02-095-9999) February and March: New business lunch sets are on offer on weekdays at Flourish internatio­nal restaurant. Of the western menu, dishes include river prawn bisque and linguini pasta with slow-cooked beef short rib ragout, while the Thai set highlights wagyu beef phad kaphrao. Prices are 490 baht for two courses and 580 baht for three courses. Soft drink is included in the price.

W Bangkok (02-344-4210) February: The Pantry introduces new healthy cuisine menu amid a flower-market themed ambience. Options range from wrap sandwiches, salads and drinks with highlights such as Immune Booster salad, Smoke House Salad, Mexican wrap, Asian Caesar salad, coconut chia pudding, and a variety of smoothie bowls.
