PROCESS YOUR SADNESS THROUGH WRITING
Chula Student Wellness, together with UN and Facebook Thailand, is hosting an online workshop “Free Writing for Understanding and Embracing Sadness” on Mar 5. During the session, participants will be guided on how to use freewriting to process their emotions for a healthier emotional state of being.
