PROCESS YOUR SADNESS THROUGH WRITING

Chula Student Wellness, together with UN and Facebook Thailand, is hosting an online workshop “Free Writing for Understand­ing and Embracing Sadness” on Mar 5. During the session, participan­ts will be guided on how to use freewritin­g to process their emotions for a healthier emotional state of being.

The class will be led by Anusorn Tipayanon (twotime S.E.A. Write Award nominee) and Sompop Jamchan (psychologi­st and founder of Knowing Mind Centre). It’s free, but you will have to apply for your spot at forms.gle/LfeQf5dTnb­B5YAsX7.
