Hinamatsuri or “Girl’s Festival” is a tradition in Japan wherein families honour their young women. To celebrate the festival, Yamazato has special Gozen lunch platters and a multi-course Kaiseki dinner. The Gozen lunch features sesame tofu, crabmeat, Hina sushi and broad beans with Yuzu mayo while the Kaiseki dinner includes delicacies like grilled sablefish and beef garnished with Yuzu miso dressing. Priced at B1,600++ for the Gozen lunch and B4,700++ for the Kaiseki dinner.
