Executive sous-chef Chalit Kobaukaew and executive pastry chef Andrea Noli have created the new Blossom and Bloom Afternoon Tea set, which is great for sharing with friends. The sweet-and-savoury set offers a selection of sandwiches, scones with clotted cream and jam, and a variety of sweet or savoury pastries, all served alongside Mariage Frères tea or coffee. The afternoon tea set is priced at B2,590 for two.
