To welcome back their customers, Mia Bangkok has introduced a new tasting menu. The resto’s chefs have taken inspiratio­n from their time training in Michelin-starred restaurant­s and are serving up a multi-course tasting menu that has “the most alluring European flavours with an Asian edge”. A few highlights include Squid ink tuile served with taramasala­ta and red caviar, Hay-aged duck composed of duck sausage Scotch egg and housemade Sourdough brioche with shallot butter and onion ash. The seven-course menu is priced at B3,250++ and the five-course menu is priced at B2,550++. A vegetarian five-course menu is also available for B2,150++.
