Showcased dishes include aromatic charcoal-grilled pork belly skewers with Korean gochujang sauce and negi slaw; grilled tiger prawn with garlic butter and uni pasta; yellowfin tuna tataki with maitake mushrooms and tosazu sauce; and slow-cooked beef cheek with truffle celeriac cream.
