Red Sky is putting the spotlight on a variety of seasonal mushrooms for their new tasting menu. Chef Christian Ham has imported seasonal mushrooms like black truffles, porcini, golden chanterelles and more for guests to enjoy. Feast on the likes of the Gratinated fine de claire N.1 oyster, truffle potato cream and forest mushroom sauce (B955++) and the Marinated golden chanterelle mushrooms corn & truffled cream infused porcini pearls (B750 ++) just to name a few.
