Red Sky is putting the spotlight on a variety of seasonal mushrooms for their new tasting menu. Chef Christian Ham has imported seasonal mushrooms like black truffles, porcini, golden chanterell­es and more for guests to enjoy. Feast on the likes of the Gratinated fine de claire N.1 oyster, truffle potato cream and forest mushroom sauce (B955++) and the Marinated golden chanterell­e mushrooms corn & truffled cream infused porcini pearls (B750 ++) just to name a few.
