Prices have come down to 799 baht net per person and the second diner is to pay only 1 baht while a bottle of sparkling wine costs 550 baht net. Meanwhile, the hotel’s Memphis-style barbecue bar Rolling Ribs’ dishes include rib slabs, pulled pork, beef brisket, chicken or lamb rosemary sausage, accompanie­d with side dishes such as tangy Memphis coleslaw, barbecue corn on the cob, clay pot beans, potato, cheddar fries or corn bread. Highlights include ceviche of Hokkaido scallop in an igloo dome; frozen Wagyu shabu beef carpaccio with warm ponzu sauce; tom kha snow fish with wild mushrooms, flan and black truffle; and also iconic tom yum goong with DIY instant tofu noodles served with prawn shu mai, prawn bread and prawn cracker. Prices are 1,850 baht per person for a four-course meal; 2,800 baht for a six-course and 3,400 baht for an eightcours­e. Juice pairing costs 790 baht per person; tea pairings costs 890 baht per person; and wine pairings range from 1,400 baht to 2,500 baht per person.
