Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin at Siam Kempinski Hotel on Rama I Road has unveiled their brand new “Winter Journey” menu. The set menu, a result of the collaboration between chefs Henrik Yde-Andersen and Chayawee Suthcharitchan, has eight courses and includes delicacies like Tom yum kung with DIY tofu noodles, Thaistyle ceviche and Tom Kha snow fish with wild mushrooms, flan and black truffle, just to name a few. The set menus are priced starting at B1,850++ with beverage pairings starting at B790++.
