Masala Magazine is hosting the firstever “Masala Food Festival”, a weekend of food, drink and entertainment on Saturday and Sunday from 4pm to 11pm. The venue is the outdoor poolside on the 9th floor of Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park on Sukhumvit 22.

At least 45 talented vendors will be there to offer a range of cuisines spanning from Indian to Mediterranean, Mexican, Thai and other global fare.

Also featured will be a dedicated plant-based section, which will see some of the country’s top vegetarian and vegan restaurants, and leading producers of plant-based goods showcasing their items.

To pair with the array of delicious food on offer, vendors will also be showcasing wine, beer, and cocktails from the city’s top beverage distributors, including pioneers in India’s alcohol scene, serving everything from craft gin, to craft beer and single malts, so there will be something for everyone to enjoy.

Beyond fabulous food and drink, the event will also bring an exciting lineup of entertainment from within Thailand’s diverse Thai-Indian and Indian community. Expect live music and dance performances, as well as a DJ playing a range of different music genres.

The festival will be a great opportunity to get familiar with, and show support for, new vendors and entrants in Bangkok’s celebrated food and beverage scene, which is gaining momentum once again.

Anyone looking for catering ideas or just new restaurants to check out are also invited to network and sample delicious cuisines all under one roof.
