MINI Thailand is moving forward in the premium compact car segment with the launch of two new models — MINI Cooper S Clubman Untold Edition and MINI Cooper S Convertible Resolute Edition.

The distinctive interior and exterior designs provide a classic and extravagant look and there is athletic engine power. The two models also deliver a refined take on MINI’s trademark driving dynamics, including a level of functionality that can be tailored to match each driver’s own individualistic charisma.

MINI Cooper S Clubman Untold Edition Price: 3,299,000 baht

The MINI Cooper S Clubman Untold Edition is a premium compact car that stands out with a long roofline, reflecting the comfort of the cockpit. The eye-catching exterior, inspired by the John Cooper Works Aerodynamic Kit, reflects the model’s spirited character, powered by a 2.0-litre, 141 kW/192 hp four-cylinder turbo engine. The MINI Cooper S Clubman Untold Edition reaches 100kph from a standstill in 7.2sec, and accelerates rapidly up to a top speed of 228kph.

EXTERIOR

The body comes in sage green metallic and is exclusively adorned with the Untold Edition pattern that runs from hood to roof. The surroundings at the lower end are dark green, lending a distinctive look to the 18-inch light-alloy wheels with untold spoke design in jet black contrasted with refined brass.

The refined brass colour also contributes a distinct uniqueness to the vehicle. This colour scheme is also applied to the radiator grille, as well as on the “Clubman” inscription on the split doors at the rear. The car’s expressive design not only reflects the comfort in the cockpit but also comes with two laterally opening split doors at the rear.

INTERIOR

The interior also comes with its own special touch — including the MINI Untold Edition emblem on the lower spoke of the steering wheel and on floor mats. The illuminated accentuation strips in sage green are combined with sports seats of the same colour, bringing to light a harmonious contrast with light blue threads. The surroundings in refined brass on the air vents create a particularly elegant appearance, enabling the Mini Cooper S Clubman Untold Edition to stand apart from others.

TECHNOLOGY

There are cutting-edge technologies, including adaptive LED headlights, MINI driving modes, a Harman Kardon sound system, a MINI head-up display, and a wireless charging pad. Services

from the connected navigation plus package are displayed on the 8.8-inch touchscreen mounted on the central instrument console. The MINI connected function and remote services can easily connect with smartphones for use with Apple CarPlay and other apps via the vehicle’s operating system.

MINI Cooper S Convertible Resolute Edition Price: 3.09 million baht

This open-top four-seater from the British premium brand offers a charm unlike any other as a premium compact convertible. In the Resolute Edition, the appearance is both exclusive and unmistakable with the exterior paintwork, light-alloy wheels, interior design and equipment all characterising the model as an ambassador for traditional style and the open-air driving fun that is characteristic of MINI. The powerful engine technology of the MINI Cooper S Convertible Resolute Edition ensures particularly spirited encounters with the wind and the sun: a 2.0-litre, 141 kW/192 hp, four-cylinder power unit with MINI TwinPower Turbo Technology enables acceleration from a standstill to 100kph in 7.1 seconds. As such, the MINI Cooper S Convertible Resolute Edition embodies a classic go-kart feel in its most up-to-date manifestation.

EXTERIOR

The exterior of the Mini Cooper S Convertible Resolute Edition is decorated with stripe patterns on the bonnet and body cladding made up of parallel lines with a colour gradient running between a light and a dark shade of gold, along with the inscription “RESOLUTE”.

This colour scheme harmonises with the rebel green body finish as well as with the black and gold exterior design. The headlight, radiator grille and rear lights, the side scuttles on the front side panels and the handles of the doors and tailgate, as well as the air intakes in the front apron and the fuel filler cap, feature resolute bronze which contrasts with exterior mirror caps and the black fabric roof. The strikingly sporty appearance of the edition model is rounded off with 18-inch alloy wheels in pulse spoke black design.

INTERIOR

Pinstripe patterns, crafted only for Resolute Edition, bring a further touch of class to the cockpit, which also comes as standard with MINI yours leather lounge sport seats in carbon black and atmospheric illumination from the ambient light system. Another special highlight is the sports leather steering wheel in Nappa leather bearing a discreet “RESOLUTE” emblem in the lower area of the steering wheel spoke.

TECHNOLOGY

The latest MINI operating system includes the Connected Navigation Plus package, which enhances the user experience in terms of convenience and entertainment by allowing customers to customise their personal preferences.

In addition, MINI Thailand has announced pricing updates for selected MINI models, effective from June 1 onwards.
