November: Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening and Saturday and Sunday brunch, Goji Kitchen + Bar’s internatio­nal buffet restaurant features a special cuisine from Italy’s Sardinia island. Eastin Grand Sathorn (02-210-8100) November: A newly updated Italian menu is featured at Antito resto-bar. Options include organic tuna tartare on spicy flat bread; marinated Southern squid with fennel and cucumber salad and spicy vinaigrett­e; pizza fritta with caramelise­d onion, pancetta, Parmesan cheese and balsamic; Italian sausage and truffle on grilled ciabatta bread with mushroom ketchup; spaghetton­i with Hokkaido scallops and black truffle butter sauce; Phuket lobster ravioli with leek and truffled lobster cream; and caramelise­d hazelnut praline panna cotta with dark chocolate. Meanwhile, The Glass House grand weekend buffet, available for Saturday dinner and Sunday lunch, highlights prime seafood including fresh king crab, sea crab, oysters, river prawns, New Zealand mussels, snow fish and cheese-baked lobster as well as a selection of sushi, sashimi and tempura is available at Japanese corner and an array of pork porchetta, Wagyu beef picanha, roasted Australian lamb shoulder and baked teriyaki salmon. November: Char restaurant launches an all-new menu to celebrate its new Mexican-born chef de cuisine Jaime Rojas. His signature dishes include roasted pork belly with creamy polenta, coriander chimichurr­i and sautéed bok choy; lobster rice with carnaroli rice, a gochujang sofrito, mussels and the meat of a whole Boston lobster; grilled Wagyu beef tenderloin and wood-fired steak tomahawk.

Nov 30-Dec 2: Chef-owner Mauro Colagreco from the French Riviera will be taking over the kitchen of Bangkok’s Michelin-starred Côte for three nights. The special nine-course “Carte Blanche” wine-pairing menu will be on offer at 12,000 baht per person.

November and December: Kinu by Takagi kaiseki-style Japanese restaurant presents a special caviar promotion, showcasing Japanese haute cuisine of the autumn season with a variety of premium sturgeon caviar from Sturia, France’s high-end caviar producer. Dishes include slowcooked Hokkaido scallops and snow crab tartare served with beetroot, lotus stem, pumpkin puree and Sturia Oscietra caviar; chestnut compote with fried somen noodles, persimmon-shaped salmon sushi and grilled kamasu fish with nine-monthaged Sturia Origin caviar; sea bream and turnip Hakata-style with Kyoto red carrot and Sturia Primeur caviar; Hokkaido oyster with sake jelly and Sturia Vintage caviar; soft yuba bean curd tempura with sticky dashi sauce and Oscietra caviar; and a rice bowl topped with Hokkaido Bafun uni and Sturia Origin caviar. Giorgio’s restaurant features Northern Italian cuisine with dishes such as veal osso buco with rissotto alla Milanese; agnolotti pasta with goat cheeses and Piedmontes­e pine nuts; spatzil with crispy prosciutto and sage; wild shrimp scampi with cherry tomatoes, garlic and bread crumbs; baked sea bass in Liguria pesto; and chicken saltimbocc­a wrapped in prosciutto Aosta.

November: Madison steakhouse launches a new menu that celebrates its new chef de cuisine Christian Caluwaert. His menu includes American-style slowcooked Wagyu brisket; a Steak Diane flambéed with cognac; Ibérico Joselito pork cheeks in red wine gravy sauce; tomahawk steak; and grilled Boston lobster with garlic herb butter. Meanwhile a “House Of Eden” afternoon tea, a collaborat­ion between the hotel executive pastry chef Anupong Nualchawee and a Bangkok-based artist Atthakrisn­a Vannason, is showcased at the Lobby Lounge. The tipple time culinary creations, priced at 1,950 baht per set for two people including a selection of Mariage Frères teas take cues from a whimsical terrestria­l journey in the biblical story. Expect to find delicacies such as Envy Apple and Earl Grey macarons; “naked” apple tartlet with chestnut leaf; beetroot and crabmeat rillettes; and scones with a choice of apple and cinnamon and cream cheese butter flavours.

November: A variety of Basque Country’s “pintxo” tapas is featured throughout the month at Uno Mas restaurant. With prices starting from 180 baht per dish, the options include black mussels in escabeche sauce; gambas prawn with Paris mushrooms and bacon; octopus potato and pimento; a la plancha beef tenderloin with foie gras and Pedro Jimenez raspberry sauce; porcini mushrooms with garlic, parsley and truffled Manchego cheese; mini croissants with chakta crab and Marie Rose sauce; and txistorra sausage rolled in puff pastry. Meanwhile at Red Sky restaurant, Alba white truffle is the seasonal highlighte­d ingredient. Dishes include Fassona beef tartare with white truffle and tome de Savoie cheese, white truffle cappuccino soup with white truffle shavings, white truffle tagliolini with butter and Parmesan cheese, Glacier 51 snow fish with Jerusalem artichokes velouté, Nantaise sauce and shaven white truffle and pan-seared veal tenderloin with porcini mushrooms and white truffle.

November: Spasso French bistro highlights flame-baked tarte flambée prepared to the Alsace tradition. The selection includes Alsacienne flammekuec­he tarte with bacon, onion and Isigny cream; Basque tarte flambée with Bayonne cured ham, piquillos peppers and piperade sauce; Gasconne tarte flambée with foie gras, duck confit, and cèpe mushrooms; and Provençale tarte flambée with fresh tuna, tomato, grilled vegetables and garlic aioli. Prices start from 240 baht per piece.

November and December: A new seasonal menu, dubbed Winter Journey, is featured at Michelin-starred restaurant Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin. The multi-course menu includes all-time favourite soy sauce salty meringue; tom kha truffle ice-cream cornetto; five-spice pork croquette; king fish flan in miso; the green curry snow fish lava cake; duck confit pad kaprao with peas and quail egg; and pistachio soufflé with pistachio tuile and pandan ice cream. An eight-course meal costs 2,150 baht per person; 10-course 3,200 baht; and 16-course dinner 3,900 baht. Additional wine pairings are priced from 1,700 baht to 2,900 baht.

Nov 26-28: Michelin-starred Igniv Bangkok presents special gastronomi­c events to celebrate the three-day residency of its founding chef Andreas Caminada. On Saturday and Sunday, the experience will be offered as a part of the four-course Autumn sharing menu, which encompasse­s a total of 18 dishes and is priced at 6,900 baht per person. On Monday, Caminada and Igniv Bangkok’s head chef David Hartwig will join hands with twin chefs Thomas and Mathias Sühring of two Michelin-starred Sühring restaurant. They will showcase a dexterous marriage of modern Swiss cuisine and innovative German fare through a very refined, multi-course dinner. The eight-hand collaborat­ion dinner costs 9,900 baht per person.

November: Sarasawade­e all-day-dining restaurant recommends its internatio­nal daily buffet lunch, priced at 590 baht net per person. Dishes include roast duck, crispy pork, salmon and tuna sashimi, sushi rolls, dim sum, lava charcoal bun, mushroom cream soup, spinach lasagna, spaghetti carbonara, tomato sauce pasta, grilled seafood and salad bar. New grilled seafood buffet dinner, priced at 999 baht net with premium dim sum, sushi and sashimi, is featured from Monday to Saturday.

November: Hong Kong-style suckling pig and dishes prepared with hairy crab are highlighte­d at Yok Chinese restaurant. Prices are 2,800 baht per pig and 990 baht per crab. Meanwhile, stewed pork leg is a recommende­d dish at the Emerald Coffee Shop’s internatio­nal lunch and dinner. An a la cart pork stew inclusive of rice and Chinese steamed buns is also available all day long at 399 baht per set.

Miracle Grand (02-575-5599) November: Prempracha­korn restaurant offers an internatio­nal buffet at 490 baht net for daily lunch and 590 baht net per person for dinner Sunday to Wednesday. The menu includes smoked duck breast, roast pork with plum sauce, sushi, pasta, spaghetti, som tam, pork larb, miang khum and salad bar. Seafood on ice is added in the dinner buffet line on Thursday to Saturday at 790 baht net per person. Dragon Luxury Chinese Cuisine meanwhile features 25% discount on Peking duck, dim sum and a la carte such as crispy prawn with mayonnaise fruit salad in taro nest, wok-tossed prawns with salt and chilli sauce, black sesame dumplings served with ginger tea.
