Feb 14: A romantic five-course Valentine’s menu is featured at Antito Italian restaurant. Featured dishes include Hokkaido scallop gratin with pumpkin and black winter truffle; parsley orecchiette pasta with truffled burrata cheese; red snapper with lobster bisque emulsion; slow-cooked Barbary duck with purple sweet potato puree and black truffle jus; and cape gooseberry with mascarpone cannoli, chocolate ice cream and truffle. Highlighted items include king crab spring rolls, shu mai dumplings with black garlic, and pan-fried Wagyu beef buns. Also plant-based options such as a vegan Peking duck made with potato skin and plant-based barbecued pork. Signature dishes include Hong Kong-style suckling pig; braised fish maw soup with conpoy and drumstick mushrooms; teasmoked chicken with crispy rice; and fried rice with scallops, crabmeat and black truffle.

Feb 10-14: A seafood-focused Valentine’s Day dinner enhanced by top-notch entertainment and fun activities is featured at Siam Yacht Club. Until April: Alati Mediterranean restaurant showcases traditional cuisine from various regions of Turkey by Turkish head chef Oguz Yilmaz. Featured menu include a selection of vegetarian classics including grape leaf rolls with aromatic rice, raisins and pomegranate dressing; soft-baked eggplant with roasted tomato and bell pepper stuffing; and carrot tarator with Greek yoghurt, pine nuts and aged cheese. There are also charred and sliced Wagyu beef bodrum kebab with smoked eggplant; spicy charred chicken kebab on lavash bread with tomato bulgur, sumac onion and grilled chilli; home-made manti dumplings with braised lamb filling and garlic yoghurt sauce; and traditional Turkish meatballs with spiced beef and cracked wheat meatballs served with yoghurt sauce and Turkish chilli paste. A new Lady in Red limited edition afternoon tea is featured at 1897 Lounge. The set showcases 14 delicacies in beautiful shades of red with cherry and vanilla shortbread; raspberry madeleine slice; strawberry rice crispy and mango delight; red velvet little choux; yuzu berry tartlet; avruga caviar and chive finger sandwich; salmon gravlax with radish and lemon yogurt; prawn salad canapé on a waffle basket; caprese savarin; boudin noir and raspberry tartlet; and frozen mixed berry parfait Gugelhupf. February: A new winter menu is featured at Michelin-starred Igniv Bangkok. Expect to find dishes such as a raclette-style potato with gruyère, mustard and truffle; deer with smoked beetroot and yoghurt; goat cheese with pumpernickel gingerbread; truffle and onion tartelette; foie gras and sea buckthorn; kohlrabi with crab; and broccoli with almond and chimichurri. February: The camera-ready Valentine Afternoon Tea set is featured at Peacock Alley. The set includes sweet pastries such as Heart Balloon with Dulcey mousse and rose water, Marco Polo butterfly sphere, and coconut-rose with lychee and raspberry. While the savoury side presents foie gras torchon with brioche and raspberry gel, oyster and caviar cube with yuzu zest and lime jelly, and gyoza dumpling with river prawn and rice vinegar sauce. February: Premprachakorn restaurant recommends its international buffet, priced at 550 baht net per person for lunch and 650 baht net per person for dinner (Sunday-Wednesday). The menu includes smoked duck breast, pizza, sushi, pasta, spaghetti, choochi prawns in red curry, tom yum kung, miang khum and salad bar. Seafood on ice is added in the dinner buffet line from Thursday to Saturday and is priced at 850 baht net per person. Dragon Luxury Chinese Cuisine meanwhile features 25% discount on Peking duck, dim sum and à la carte such as crispy prawn with mayonnaise fruit salad in taro nest, wok-tossed prawns with salt and chilli sauce, and black sesame dumplings served with ginger tea.
