The theme of “Suphan’s Echoes” is Suphan Buri. Here, 16 artists gather to have a conversation and exchange views on history, culture, community, beliefs, economy and environment. They ask questions and create works of art that reflect the stories and context of Suphan Buri.

The artists participating in “Suphan’s Echoes” are Chanon Tassa, Chayanich Muangthai, Krit Chantranet, Kwanchai Sinpru, Noppanan Thannaree, Pachara Piyasongsoot, Phonyamon Sutthang, Prakit Kobkijwattana, Ruj Tawalunnop, Trinnapat Chaisitthisak, Unchalee Anantawat, Vacharanont Sinvaravatn, Wal, Wisit Pimpimon, Wisoot Suttigulvet and Wittawat Suksai.

Suphan Buri dates back to the 9th century and is rich in historical heritage. In addition to its many historical sites, Suphan Buri offers natural attractions such as caves, waterfalls, bird parks and fish farms. The town is located 100km from Bangkok.

The 1984 + 1 Gallery in Suphan Buri is located inside a former rice mill with over 4,000m² of presentation space. The opening celebration takes place at 3pm on Saturday, and the show will run until Aug 6. Visitors are welcome every day of the week between 10am and 6.30pm. Parking is available.
