Bangkok’s never-ending love affair with Sunday brunch gets a delicious twist with a newcomer on the scene – at So Sofitel Bangkok’s signature park society restaurant. As part of this fine dining outlet repositioning its culinary offerings as “modern fine dining with an Asian influence” at the hands of Chef Joost Bijster, Park Society last month introduced an all-you-can-eat à la carte Sunday brunch. Sumptuous dishes are cooked to order, with guests invited to avail themselves to unlimited servings of starters, soups, salads, egg, meat, and fish dishes brought out fresh from the kitchen, plus an indulgent selection of cheese and desserts. Patrons also have the option to pair the 3.5-hour feast (noon-3.30pm) with free-flow wine or unlimited Veuve Clicquot. The best part is that you never need to get up from your table. Oh, and did we mention the enviable views of Lumpini Park and the city skyline beyond?
