Piaget takes us on a voyage through the Arctic with its Sunlight Escape high jewellery collection. Fifth of its sun-inspired ranges — following Mediterranean Garden, Secrets and Lights, Sunny Side of Life, and Sunlight Journey — it features three themes. Warming Lights celebrates radiance and flair; Exalting Sights, nature in transformation, and Dancing Nights, the hypnotic polar lights. Piaget demonstrates its mastery in gem setting, particularly the cut-down setting technique; feather marquetry; wood marquetry, as well as the Palace décoration engraving method that gives gold the appearance of raw silk, as seen in this Midnight Sun necklace. Its 6.02-ct Colombian emerald in the centre is surrounded by diamonds and emeralds and rays of 18k pink gold, to evoke a burst of light across the vast horizon.
