Executive chef Marc Cibrowius creates new international menu selections and exciting food stations that include a spread of Maine lobster, Alaskan king crab and fresh Pacific oysters, signature dishes from the hotel’s popular dining outlets Volti Ristorante and Shang Palace, as well as BBQ and grill, burger and hot dog stations. Guests can also feast on international cheeses and cold cuts, and an array of delicious desserts. Children too can have a great time with exciting activities such as a wobbling balloon house, face and body painting, friendly clowns, a magician and kid’s buffet corner. The brunch is available every Sunday from noon to 3pm, until the end of September.
