SUM­MER SPE­CIAL Ex­ec­u­tive Chef David Tam­burini of la scala, The Sukhothai Bangkok presents tra­di­tional recipes of south­ern Italy pre­pared with the sea­son’s fresh­est in­gre­di­ents in his new sum­mer menu. The menu fea­tures a wide range of new dishes made with con­tem­po­rary flavours and unique cook­ing tech­niques that the Si­cil­ian Chef has honed dur­ing his ex­ten­sive ca­reer. A few high­lights in­clude braised tuna tail with sweet and sour red onions and egg­plant in two ways, and gar­lic br­uschetta with Murasaki Ja­panese sea urchin, basil and lemon cod fish pate.
