As part of the third-generation family that owns Boat Lagoon Marina Yatch Club in Phuket and the distributorship for Princess Yachts, Lek manages the public relations and communications side of the family business. Lately, she is also involved with RBL Training Academy, a training house of which she is the founder and master coach trainer on corporate skills sets, particularly soft skills and crafted skills. Lek conducts a variety of training programmes for corporate organisations, executives and individuals focusing on personal empowerment and leadership development.
