LOVE JOURNEY
Just in time for Valentine’s Day, one-michelin-starred Blue by Alain Ducasse invites diners to embark on a romantic gastronomic journey, created especially for the occasion by executive chef Wilfrid Hocquet and executive pastry chef Maxou Boonthanakit. This lavish, sevencourse set menu, available with wine pairing, will be presented on February 13 (dinner only) and 14 (lunch and dinner). The meal begins, appropriately, with an aphrodisiac – succulent Gillardeau n°3 oysters poached in Champagne – and ends with elegant heart-shaped chocolate and coffee entremets from the Manufacture de Chocolat Alain Ducasse Paris. In-between, feast on king crab wrapped in black truffle, warm gnocchetti with bottarga and citrus, Rossini-style Wagyu beef tenderloin stuffed with foie gras, and more.
