VINTAGE VACHERONS
This past February, Vacheron Constantin was exhibiting rare heritage timepieces from its collections in two exhibitions, Les Collectionneurs and Chronograph & Calender, which were being rotated through the maison’s own Hong Kong boutiques — in Landmark Prince’s and Ocean Terminal — as well as The Armoury in Landmark. The various timepieces on display, which had been carefully selected from the company’s archives, date as far back as a pink-gold pocket watch from 1827. They also included a stunning stainless-steel Model 4072 chronograph from 1943 and the pink-gold triple-calendar Model 4241 that was made one-year later.
