The three-day Off Menu Food Festival, a ticketed event being held at The Peninsula Bangkok hotel, invites fearless foodies to sample 11 truly “off menu” dishes prepared by 11 of the city’s top chefs; the likes of Amerigo Sesti, Wilfrid Hocquet, and Chudaree “Tam” Debhakam, to name but three. These mouth-watering menus are being offered alongside a variety of bespoke cocktails created by five of Bangkok’s best mixologist­s, a list that includes Francesco Moretti, Shavinraj Gopinath, and Pinsuda “Ann” Pongprom.
