The famed École Ducasse Culinary School has announced an exclusive partnership with Nai Lert Group for the creation of a network of training centers throughout Thailand dedicated to culinary and pastry arts. École Ducasse shares the know-how of Alain Ducasse, considered to be one of the most renowned chefs of his generation (and the only chef to have earned 20 Michelin stars throughout his career). The first École Ducasse–nai Lert Bangkok studio will span nearly 1,000 square metres, and is expected to open in Q1, 2022. More studios and other campuses will follow over the next few years. “I believe the new École Ducasse schools will support the emergence of new talents who will contribute to the country’s tourism dynamic,” says Naphaporn “Lek” Bodiratnangkura, CEO of Nai Lert Group.
