Waldorf Cocktail

“The Waldorf was the first cocktail we created using the original Waldorf Bar book from New York, but it really represents the Waldorf Astoria Bangkok because we added some Thai touches. Inside is Michter’s bourbon, which I personally feel is one of the best bourbons ever made, and Mancino sweet vermouth, which we infuse with Thai basil. Then we add chocolate bitter and maple syrup infused with roasted cardamom seed. We created this cocktail to give a little twist on an Old Fashioned, making it a bit more interesting.”
