Having completed its soft opening phase, Da Noi Ristorante Italiano & Bar is firmly establishing itself as the new kid on the block at Sukhumvit Soi 31. Promising diners a multi-sensory experience that involves not only wonderful aromas and tastes but also sights and sounds, the restaurant doubles as an art gallery and cultural/musical hub. As for the food, Italian executive chef Antonio Maurizio Boffa’s menu reflects the regions of Roma, Napoli, Firenze, Milano, Sicilia and more, all united by a singular appreciation of high-quality seasonal ingredients. Start with a truly decadent (Kobe) beef carpaccio, before moving on to creamy risotto and other delicately flavoured dishes from northern regions, or somewhat spicier selections like the classic Rigatoni alla Arrabbiata. For dessert don’t miss the Holy Cannoli, stuffed with creamy Ricotta cheese, and be sure to peruse the extensive wine list as well.
