“I’m a Champagne lover. When I was in Paris, every two weeks or so we’d go to the Champagne vineyards, so I visited lots of different producers. At home, I recommend – especially during the lockdowns – to drink Champagne. I can list many, but I really like Bérêche et Fils. I have one bottle of their Le Cran Premier Cru Brut Nature Millesime, which is a 2010 vintage. It’s the perfect mix, with kind of Burgundy style, but really, really fine, with a long finish. It’s a little bit bubbly, but not too much. For me, it’s a Champagne with a huge personality.”
