RBSO CONCERTS

The Royal Bangkok Symphony Orchestra (RBSO) has three concerts scheduled to take place this month at the Thailand Cultural Centre. On August 7, the main hall welcomes violinist Eugenia Grauer as the featured soloist for Tchaikovsky’s Violin Concerto in D, and Stravinsky’s Le Sacre du Printemps (The Rite of Spring). On August 11, the small hall sees pianist Sasipa Rasmidatta performing two works by Haydn and one by Beethoven. Finally, on August 20, don’t miss an evening in the great hall as guest conductor Myron Michailidis leads mezzosoprano Marlene Lichtenberg through a selection of works by Borodin, Wagner, Brahms, and Schoenberg. All performances begin at 7.30pm
