EDINBURGH INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL

First held in 1947, the annual Edinburgh International Film Festival (EIFF) is the world’s oldest continually running film festival. Each year it champions Scottish and UK filmmakers (as well as some international entries), with indoor screenings and events being held at the city’s Filmhouse Cinema, and outdoor events taking place in St Andrew Square. As always, the rich and diverse programme will provide plenty of unforgettable moments for moviegoers, although just being able to return to cinemas will make this year’s edition of EIFF extra memorable.
