Designed to travel with you, this portable yet powerful high-end speaker weighs a mere 1kg, measures just 18cm in diameter, and comes with a detachable looped handstrap. Using Bluetooth wireless, it’s compatible with Apple Airplay 2, and Qplay via Wi-fi, and a full charge provides up to 12 hours of playtime. As for the unmistakable style, the look and feel – bound in noble leather with metal components – is derived from the Toupie (spinning top) handbag designed by Nicolas Ghesquière, Artistic Director of LV’S women’s collections. Of course, only when the device is switched on does the full explosion of sound, light, and movement become apparent. As the woofer vibrates, a dynamic lightshow synchronises to the beat with a multi-hued digital interpretation of the brand’s iconic monogram flower. Adding to the dazzle, a top ring with LED backlighting provides different multicoloured animations, while the concave, steel middle band, which spells out the brand’s full name, glows in matching shades.
