SIAM KEMPINSKI HOTEL BANGKOK

-

For the new ‘Afternoon Tea at Kempinski – Flavours of the Greatest’ set (THB 990++ per person), Executive Pastry Chef Franck Istel has assembled favourites from the past decade, and added a few new surprises as well. From now until November

14 – regulations permitting – immerse yourself in the striking European grandeur of the hotel’s lobby and enjoy savouries such as mini chèvre cheesecake and apricot compote, smashed avocado with quail egg and caviar, Tasmanian smoked salmon canapé, and mini lobster brioche. As for the heavenly choices of sweets, how does strawberry pistachio choux, blueberry white chocolate Chantilly macaroon, opera cake with espresso coffee cream and chocolate ganache, or soft lemon chiffon gugelhupf cake sound? Meanwhile, tea master Ging Nipaporn Hanwichai has exquisite Ronnefeldt tea for pairing, as well as coffee. A takeaway set (THB 1,250+ per set), paired with two servings of Ronnefeldt tea, is also available with 24-hour advance notice.
