“With this cocktail we are doing something that gives you a very premium luxury experience that you’d probably not be able to replicate at home. It starts with Johnnie Walker Blue Label (30ml), and to that we add Recioto di Amarone (30ml), and a mix of Amaro Nonino, Amaro Averna, absinthe, St Germain elderflower liqueur, and coffee liqueur (10ml). Stirred with ice and served in a chilled glass, it’s like an Amarone on steroids. The garnish is a chip made of 24-month aged Parmigiano-reggiano with black summer truffle.”
