BANGKOK INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL OF DANCE & MUSIC

The long-awaited 23rd edition of the Bangkok’s International Festival of Dance & Music finally got underway in mid-november, but there are still two excellent shows left to catch this month. On December 12, at 2.30pm, France’s Compagnie Sarbat presents ‘Motion’, a mix of hip-hop, dance, and dynamic digital on-stage projections (supported by the French Embassy in Thailand). Then, on December 16, Katherine Jenkins – the UK’S most famous mezzo soprano, and a current phenomenon in the world of classical music – joins conductor Anthony Inglis and the Royal Bangkok Symphony Orchestra for an evening of spectacular entertainment, beginning at 7pm.
