“For this one I was thinking about Eve, the original sinner. We make it with Strangelove Dry Gin (60ml) from Belgium, that’s been sous vide with green cardamom and chamomile tea. Then we add Fleur de Sureau liqueur (30ml), clear apple juice (30ml), lemon juice (30ml), and a bubbly garnish of light apple foam.”
