“Served in a black coated glass, this cocktail is an ode to the play’s author. We use cedarwood infused Evan Williams bourbon (30ml), Punt e Mes Italian vermouth (15ml), a homemade pink peppercorn and ginger syrup (5ml), coconut juice (10ml), and lemon juice (5ml). The finishing touch is ‘ink’ – a charcoal and water mix – which is carefully poured into the grooves that are pre-stamped onto the ice cube, in order to form the letters M, I, and D.”
