Gourmet Bar Bites
Since Opium Bar is an extension of Potong restaurant, it’s hardly a surprise that the fabulous food served here is prepared by Chef Pichaya “Pam” Utharntharm and her talented kitchen team. The current bar bites menu offers six different dishes, including: delicious Szechuan pork tongue skewers with plum and pineapple vinegar; a superb cold capellini pasta with Chinese tahini, house chili paste, garlic and pork cracklings (pictured); and panfried turnip cakes topped with melt-in-your-mouth slices of Iberico ham.
