SLEEPLESS TEARS

“This one uses 20ml of Black Tears spiced rum from Cuba, and 20ml of rum we infuse with Tonka bean, an ingredient I describe as like ‘vanilla on steroids’. To that we add 20ml each of our housemade coffee liqueur and our housemade orange liqueur No.4, and then finish it off with 40ml of nitro cold brew coffee. Garnished with orange zest grated on top, it’s the perfect drink for the long night ahead.”
