VEUVE CLICQUOT ANNIVERSARY TRAIN VOYAGE

To celebrate their 250th anniversary, Veuve Clicquot is organising an epic train travel experience aboard the ultra-chic Venice Simplon-orient-express, A Belmond Train. The event runs from June 5-7, 2022, beginning in Reims, France (the home of Veuve Clicquot since 1772). Before boarding, guests will enjoy a delicious lunch and a chance to sample the maison’s cuvées in the Veuve Clicquot Crayères, alongside cellar master Didier Mariotti. After the train leaves the station, it will follow the shipping route of the Champagne brand’s first bottles, concluding with an evening’s stay in Venice at the Cipriani, A Belmond Hotel. During the voyage passengers will be treated to decadent pairing menus by chef Jean Imbert, as well as lively libations in the train’s Bar Car 3674. Guests can also upgrade to either a Cabin Suite or Grand Suite package, which comes with a special breakfast in the dining car, and a pre-travel night’s stay at Veuve Clicquot’s Hôtel du Marc in Reims.
