THE VENICE BIENNALE
While there’s seldom a bad time to visit Venice, the next seven months are particularly good for art lovers since the 59th edition of La Biennale di Venezia (The Venice Biennale) will be in full swing. Unfortunately, the event has been delayed a year, due to the pandemic, but now it’s back on track with exhibits housed in Giardini park, the Arsenale buildings, and various venues around the city. In addition to the official displays, a number of sister events are planned, including the first exhibition of SUMUS, the Venetian headquarters of the cultural foundation created by Hélène Molinari in 2020. This show, entitled ‘From Chaos to Harmony’, features the work of Sébastien Lilli, Brigitte Moreau Serre, and the late sculptor Valérie Goutard (pictured).
