The story of Crystal Solana, an unparalleled ultra-luxury private residence project located on Ekkamai-ramindra road, unfolds through the visionary perspective of Supanavit “Tum” Eiamsakulrat, the CEO of K.E. Group. To her, it’s more than just a high-end housing project; it is the embodiment of her journeys, which allows her to bring the world’s most exquisite and opulent designs into this magnificent creation.

“My husband Kaveepan [K.E. Group’s Executive Chairman] and I enjoy travelling,” she explains. “The inspiration behind Crystal Solana came from our experience visiting hundreds of private residence projects and seeing design elements from around the world, especially in the USA where there are many iconic buildings, including those designed by legendary architect Robert A.M. Stern in New York.”

This famed American architect, who Tum particularly admires, once said: “…when you are talking about building a house, you are talking about dreams.” In the same vein, Tum intended the 31-rai Crystal Solana project to encompass the ultimate living experience, providing a sense of luxury from the meticulous design and layout, right down to every single door handle.

“I would like it to be a most notable ultra-luxury experience, the best six-star private residence project there is. I am confident that everything I put into the project is unmatched – the structure, interior design, even the paint and all kinds of materials and finishes used are world-class,” she emphasises.

Tum notes that Bangkok is seeing a boom in the luxury market of both housing and condos. Since the supply of luxury houses is smaller compared to that of condos – which has increased significantly over the past few years – she believes there is room for growth. But not every property developer can build a high-end project just as they wish. One of the key challenges in developing luxury properties is securing an appropriate land that is suitable for such an endeavour. To meet the high standards expected in the top-end real estate market, it is essential to have both the right location and infrastructure.

That posed no problems for Tum, who serves as CEO of K.E. Group, the well-known developer of such landmarks on Ekkamai-ramindra road as the Crystal Design Centre (CDC), the Crystal Park real estate project and, more recently, the unique office and lifestyle space 111 Praditmanutham. With a diverse real estate portfolio of retail malls, offices, hotels, and luxury residential projects, the group has developed nearly one million square meters of real estate space, with 45.5 billion Baht assets under management in 2023, and owns an extensive land bank.

“The location of Crystal Solana is super-prime. It has easy access to the expressway while offering excellent connectivity to other parts of Bangkok. Its visibility, being right on the main road, its security, and the future increase of the property value are all reasons why the location sets the project apart from others in the market,” Tum points out.

Still, that is just one box checked. To create the highest standard of living, passion is necessary. In this case, Tum’s determination and attention to details, which have been her characteristics ever since she started off in her career as an investment banker with Merrill Lynch Phatra in 1992, seem to be paying off.

To ensure that Crystal Solana provides the elegance of living as she intended, Tum pulled out all the stops when it came to the architecture and interior design. The houses have double-volume spaces with high ceilings and large windows to take in the beautiful landscape, while on the outside a limestone facade is used to accentuate the timeless and elegant appearance.

“We have a commitment to excellence when it comes to materials used,” she says. “All of them are selected to be of the highest quality. These include Italian composite marble from Verona and natural certified wood flooring from South Africa. The paint is Sherwinwilliams, considered the world’s number one, and the sanitary ware are Kohler’s artist editions.”

The project offers a variety of plot sizes, from 123 to 800 square wah for two- to four-storey customisable homes ranging in sizes from 490 to 1,010 square metres.

A sports enthusiast and active person herself, Tum devoted an expansive two-rai section of land in the project to be used as green areas and shared facilities. The amenities are full-scale, and include a park, function room, indoor swimming pool, kids pool with slider, fitness centre, tennis court, golf swing cage, playground, salon, yoga studio and more. With all this attention to detail it’s hardly surprising that Crystal Solana won two Gold Nugget Awards in the United States: for the Best International Residential Project and Best International Residential Project – Amenity.

A healthy and active lifestyle, in conjunction with spending time exercising, are two things Tum feels are necessary for people to stay in a good mood. “I exercise regularly myself, playing tennis, golf or doing gym sessions. When we attend to our well-being, we send out a good vibe to people around us. That’s why I believe it’s necessary to think positively and keep our minds clear,” she says, adding that Crystal Solana’s intention, when creating a lush landscape that would combine indoor and outdoor activities, was to foster a sense of community and well-being for the tenants.

“At Crystal Solana, we cherish a robust sense of community,” she goes on to say. “We’ve carefully crafted a unique lifestyle and a selective community of residents to ensure that everyone is committed to being exceptional neighbours to one another. The dedication to nurturing a harmonious and welcoming environment is at the core of our values.”

For Tum, a luxury real estate property is characterised by its exclusivity, prime location, and exceptional and unique living experiences, as well as the highest standard of quality. In this regard, she is confident that Crystal Solana is the definition of modern, luxury living.

“More importantly, I wish to make good things out of my travelling experience, having seen all the marvels in the world,” Tum remarks. “I’d like to enhance the value of this neighbourhood, and develop the area along this promising Ekkamai-ramindra strip further. That is why I am building more magnificent projects… Crystal Solana included.”
