Shangri-La Ho­tel, Bangkok presents chef Phillip Tay­lor’s new a la carte menu at Volti restau­rant and bar. Ex­pe­ri­enced in Ital­ian bistros, the young and ta­lented chef’s new menu is de­signed with the con­cept that the look should mat­ter no less than the taste—dishes must not only be vis­ually pleas­ing and well pre­sented but also full of flavour. Din­ers will find scrump­tious­ness along with mod­ern culi­nary cre­ativ­ity in dishes rang­ing from in­salata di bur­rata and espresso-poached and caramelised foie gras to wagyu pi­canha, the finest-qual­ity wagyu beef grilled ten­derly with a se­lec­tion of sauces and side dishes.
