Experienced in Italian bistros, the young and talented chef’s new menu is designed with the concept that the look should matter no less than the taste—dishes must not only be visually pleasing and well presented but also full of flavour. Diners will find scrumptiousness along with modern culinary creativity in dishes ranging from insalata di burrata and espresso-poached and caramelised foie gras to wagyu picanha, the finest-quality wagyu beef grilled tenderly with a selection of sauces and side dishes.
