No stranger to Michelin accolades, chef Stéphane Buron will be flying in from the French Alps for his fourth annual visit to La VIE Creative French Cuisine at VIE Hotel Bangkok. Serving lunch and dinner from October 31 - November 3, Buron’s distinct talent for turning simple and natural ingredients into absolute delights demonstrates the finest skills of French cuisine, skills that have earned him the coveted Meilleurs Ouvriers de France (MOF), the most prestigious award amongst all professional craftsmen in France. Well known for his work at acclaimed Le Chabichou in Courchevel, some of chef Buron’s delights include tuna with osciètre caviar and sudashi gel, and turbot meunière with carrot, celery and apple juice sauce.
