No stranger to Miche­lin ac­co­lades, chef Stéphane Buron will be fly­ing in from the French Alps for his fourth an­nual visit to La VIE Creative French Cui­sine at VIE Ho­tel Bangkok. Serv­ing lunch and din­ner from Oc­to­ber 31 - Novem­ber 3, Buron’s dis­tinct tal­ent for turn­ing sim­ple and nat­u­ral in­gre­di­ents into ab­so­lute de­lights demon­strates the finest skills of French cui­sine, skills that have earned him the cov­eted Meilleurs Ou­vri­ers de France (MOF), the most pres­ti­gious award amongst all pro­fes­sional crafts­men in France. Well known for his work at ac­claimed Le Chabi­chou in Courchevel, some of chef Buron’s de­lights in­clude tuna with os­ciètre caviar and su­dashi gel, and tur­bot me­u­nière with car­rot, cel­ery and ap­ple juice sauce.
