he st regis bangkok will be serving up Nordic delights between November 4 - 11. Making a guest appearance during Scandinavian Week will be Thai-born Swedish chef Sayan Isaksson, previously of Michelinstarred Esperanto in Stockholm. Chef Sayan will present an array of Scandinavian inspired dishes infused with Asian influences. Bringing the Simply Scandinavian affair to the St Regis Bangkok, chef Sayan will present the Sunday brunch on November 4 and 11 at VIU. Guests will also have the chance to experience a full eightcourse degustation menu and a three-course set lunch at Jojo restaurant from November 5 - 10. Throughout the whole of the month, chef Sayan’s contribution to the St Regis afternoon tea is also available from 2:30 - 5pm.
