he st regis bangkok will be serv­ing up Nordic de­lights be­tween No­vem­ber 4 - 11. Mak­ing a guest ap­pear­ance dur­ing Scan­di­na­vian Week will be Thai-born Swedish chef Sayan Isaksson, pre­vi­ously of Miche­lin­starred Esperanto in Stock­holm. Chef Sayan will present an ar­ray of Scan­di­na­vian in­spired dishes in­fused with Asian in­flu­ences. Bring­ing the Sim­ply Scan­di­na­vian af­fair to the St Regis Bangkok, chef Sayan will present the Sun­day brunch on No­vem­ber 4 and 11 at VIU. Guests will also have the chance to ex­pe­ri­ence a full eight­course de­gus­ta­tion menu and a three-course set lunch at Jojo restau­rant from No­vem­ber 5 - 10. Through­out the whole of the month, chef Sayan’s con­tri­bu­tion to the St Regis af­ter­noon tea is also avail­able from 2:30 - 5pm.
