To wel­come win­ter, L’Ate­lier de Joël Robu­chon has de­signed a very rea­son­able three-course menu fea­tur­ing a range of sea­sonal pro­duce from the French coun­try­side. Priced at 2,950++ baht per per­son with a glass of sparkling wine in­cluded, chef Olivier Li­mousin’s menu in­cludes a starter choice of foie gras ter­rine un­der a sweet-spiced jelly and poached pear or Hokkaido scal­lop served with pump­kin soup and con­fit chest­nuts.
