Professional polo players from around the world will participate in this 10-day competition. The activities on the final day will include playoff matches to decide the winners and runners-up, which will be followed by the presentation of the Princess Cup and other prizes. Spectators and players can then enjoy a relaxed barbecue party in the evening.

One of its missions is to research the genetic lineage of local Thai horses. B Grimm Group has joined Dr Siraya Chuenkamrai, founder and president of the foundation, to preserve Lampang horses. This year a Lampang horse and carriage service will operate at the Thai Polo Open.
