Cantonese din­ing venue, Dy­nasty at Cen­tara Grand at Cen­tral Plaza Lat Phrao, of­fers an ex­ten­sive range of Chi­nese set menus pre­pared in au­then­tic Cantonese style by Hong Kong Mas­ter Chef Kam.

Each col­lec­tion of dishes is named for a pre­cious gem­stone: Sard, Sap­phire, Starred Diamond, Prime Diamond, Pearl, Jade, Gold, Emer­ald, Topaz, Gar­net and Ruby, and they are all avail­able for both lunch and din­ner.

Dishes in­clude chilled jel­ly­fish and drunken chicken; deep-fried shrimp with sesame seeds and may­on­naise; roasted duck Pek­ing style; sauteed fresh conch shell with cel­ery; and braised Hong Kong mush­rooms with sea cu­cum­ber in brown sauce.
