Executioner wannabes!

WHAT KIND of a society have we become? Vengeful, brutal, and very cruel. Are we becoming a pathetic society in which people are thirsty for revenge and women are making death lists? Some are posing to cameras with their guns, some are showing off their bullets, and some are threatening to kill those who disagree with them.

Now we’ve seen that there are too many executioner wannabes in our country. Societies with weakening morals cannot be contemporary civilizations and the biggest enemy lives inside these societies. If authorities divide the country into two, this is what they get.

Anger and hatred sprout from bad seeds. The government didn’t act against the delirium of a woman on TV who threatened to kill those who disagree with her political beliefs. If this individual, who talked so violently, was from the opposition, she would’ve been suffering in prison by now. That woman said these words on national TV, which the Supreme Board of Radio and Television is afraid to punish: “July 15 was not enough. We were not able to do everything we wanted. Don’t take this the wrong way, our family can easily take down 50 people. We’re materially and spiritually equipped. We stand by with our leader. Everyone should mind their actions. My list is ready!”

Another man, I’m not going to name him because I respect my column, said this: “We have enough armor for a squad. There are thousands like me in this country.” This is a warning for the opposition, for those who “plan to attempt another coup”. Yet, no one is attempting such a thing. They are creating imaginary enemies. Is this the way for unity and solidarity? They should be crazy to think about killing those who disagree with them!
